SHIPPING

Original Works: Please anticipate 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping of original works. All original works are insured and tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped.

Prints: Please allow 10-14 days for a shipping notification as prints are made-to-order. Prints are insured during delivery, and you will be sent a notification with tracking when your print ships.

Apparel: All apparel is made-to-order in Canada and has a 3-5 day processing lead time. Your apparel will ship directly to you in 7-10 business days from the time the order has been processed. All purchases are insured during delivery, and you will be sent a notification with tracking when your apparel ships.

Important Note for Orders Placed with Afterpay:

Original Works & Prints will not be shipped until the order has been paid in full through Afterpay. Upon receipt of your final Afterpay payment, your order will be shipped to you, and you will be provided a confirmation receipt with tracking. 

Apparel orders placed with Afterpay will be processed and shipped to you within the standard lead times noted above.

Local Pickup is not available for orders placed with Afterpay.

RETURNS

Original Works: Original artworks are not eligible for refunds. However, if there is any issue or concern with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible.

Prints: If there is any issue, please reach out as soon as possible. If you receive your work with damage done during transit, please let me know within 7 days and I can issue you a full refund, or send you a new print.

Apparel: Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to the measurement charts in the product description. If there is an issue with your order due to quality, a printing issue, or damage, please reach out and I will be happy to work with you to come to a solution for an exchange for a new item.

OTHER FAQS

Does artwork come framed? At this time, original works and prints are not framed unless it is specified in their description.

Do you do commissions/custom paintings? Yes! Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in custom work to discuss details.

Are paintings not listed in your shop available for purchase? If you are interested in any paintings or want a custom print, please reach out to me to discuss a price list for available works and prints.
